Recruiter, Pakistan (Remote)
Recruit couriers, operators, warehouse staff, and other employees in Pakistan for an international dietary supplements company. Handle sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and daily hiring data remotely.

- Fill vacancies in Pakistan promptly, focusing on high-volume roles and occasionally specialist and team-lead positions
- Publish job openings on job boards and social media
- Find candidates using databases, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Facebook groups, and referrals
- Review CVs and hold phone and online interviews
- Arrange interviews with hiring managers and gather their feedback
- Stay in touch with candidates through their first day at work
- Develop and maintain a talent pool for recurring high-volume vacancies
- Keep hiring funnel and staff records up to date each day
- Prepare new-hire paperwork and coordinate onboarding with HR headquarters
- Identify and collaborate with recruitment agencies and job boards in Pakistan
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least one year of recruitment experience, including high-volume or blue-collar hiring such as couriers, call center agents, drivers, warehouse staff, or retail staff
- Familiarity with Pakistan’s local sourcing channels, including job portals, social media groups, and referrals
- Ability to manage several vacancies at once in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Google Sheets or Excel and comfortable working with a CRM or Notion
- Clear, courteous communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Urdu and working knowledge of English
- Personal remote-work equipment: a laptop or computer, headset, and stable, fast internet access
