Process biweekly payroll, audits, garnishments, direct deposits, and employee payments for Consumer Direct Care Network. Support home- and community-based care operations across 14 states in a remote U.S. role.

- Handle biweekly payroll for hourly employees working across multiple states
- Review payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and correct identified errors
- Confirm time entries, compensation rates, and benefit deductions
- Calculate garnishments manually and record them in payroll systems
- Deliver accurate, on-time employee payments while timely loading bank files and completing error-free payroll audits
- Review direct-deposit change notifications for accuracy
- Maintain direct-deposit records and provide pay cards when requested
- Work with local offices on employment verification, pay concerns, and related payroll matters
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Zero to one year of prior payroll experience
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Successful completion of a background screening
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Follow applicable laws, standards, policies, and procedures
- Reliable ability to work independently

- Comfortable and efficient with computers
