- Lead Valatam’s Sales Department and report to the Chief Operating Officer
- Grow revenue by acquiring new clients
- Build and manage a sales team focused on conversion
- Create reliable lead generation channels
- Set monthly targets and run weekly performance reviews
- Coach sales representatives on calls
- Hire, onboard, and develop sales representatives
- Create and improve multi-channel outbound strategies
- Test prospecting campaigns for strong returns
- Manage priority deals from lead generation to close
- Document and uphold the full sales workflow
- Keep HubSpot CRM records accurate
- Track team scorecards and forecast revenue
- Monitor Customer Acquisition Cost by channel
- Report performance weekly and monthly to executive leadership
- Work with Client Success to improve prospect qualification
- Keep up with industry trends
- Represent Valatam at selected U.S. industry conferences and events

- Fluent English and Spanish at C1–C2 level
- Demonstrated success leading remote B2B sales, building outbound operations, and scaling teams
- Strong command of outbound sales, cold-calling methods, and disciplined pipeline management
- Advanced HubSpot skills, a data-led approach, and focus on reducing CAC and meeting KPIs
- BPO, nearshore staffing, or virtual assistant services experience is preferred
- A dedicated, quiet home office
- Stable high-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload
- A reliable internet backup
- A bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred
