  • Validate language-services invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract terms
  • Investigate billing discrepancies, patterns, and errors that could affect payment integrity
  • Coordinate invoice corrections between vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor invoice-processing timelines and resolve open billing matters
  • Coordinate quality-control and process-improvement initiatives for language-services invoicing
  • Work with interpreter-service vendors on billing, payment status, and data-integrity matters
  • Help vendors follow invoice requirements, correction procedures, and submission standards
  • Monitor vendor billing accuracy, data quality, and performance
  • Build and manage quality dashboards and tools for vendors and contractors
  • Maintain and analyze language-services, invoice, contract, and Meaningful Language Access data
  • Validate critical datasets and assist with Meaningful Language Access metric reporting and submissions
  • Create and maintain tools, reports, and dashboards covering vendor quality, billing accuracy, and operational performance
  • Monitor interpreter-services budgets and expenses
  • Analyze invoice, vendor, and operational data and present findings and recommendations
  • Coordinate billing and data deliverables tied to strategic language-access plans
  • Assist with Member Engagement reports, survey information, incentive-program data, operational metrics, and dashboard initiatives
  • Contribute to cross-functional and cross-regional workgroups
  • Create and update standard operating procedures for billing, data validation, and vendor workflows
  • Recommend workflow enhancements and reinforce data integrity
  • Keep partners and teams informed about invoice status, trends, and risks

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least two years of experience in billing, invoicing, data analysis, or operations support
  • Experience using Excel with large datasets
  • Preferred experience in healthcare billing, Medicaid, Oregon Health Plan, or managed care settings
  • Preferred experience with interpreter services, language-access programs, or comparable delivery programs
  • Preferred experience supporting reporting, operational tracking, or process-improvement work
  • Familiarity with applicable laws and established practices for interpreting services
  • Working knowledge of managed-care fundamentals, the Oregon Health Plan, and Medicare
  • Knowledge of program and project management tools and recordkeeping practices
  • Understanding of operational reporting, performance metrics, data analysis, and program evaluation principles
  • Knowledge of data management, validation, and quality-assurance practices
  • Familiarity with dashboarding and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, including validation, formulas, and analysis
  • Ability to evaluate operational and billing data, detect trends and discrepancies, and explain findings
  • Ability to maintain reports and dashboards
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver work on schedule
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment and the ability to protect confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and groups
  • Ability to see, read, and hear for at least six hours per day
  • Ability to speak clearly and perform repetitive finger and wrist movements for three to six hours per day
