- Onboard new users across Fieldly’s web application and mobile app
- Deliver web-based training for project managers, CEOs, and administrators
- Train field workers to use the mobile app
- Help customers realize the full value of Fieldly
- Ensure integrations with accounting systems and material wholesalers work effectively
- Prepare for customer meetings and follow up with onboarded customers
- Identify expansion opportunities in partnership with customers
- Share insights, practical solutions, product tips, and updates
- Connect customers with the product team by capturing and communicating feedback
- Improve internal Customer Success processes
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a comparable product-focused B2B customer role
- Strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in smart solutions
- Post-secondary education, preferably in service, technology, or business and finance
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- A confident, proactive, and accountable approach
- Strong teaching skills with an organized, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple customers at the same time
- Ability to listen, analyze needs, and guide people effectively
- Experience using digital tools, web applications, and mobile apps
