Commercial Lines Client Service Manager in Port Arthur (Hybrid)

- Support producers and clients in maintaining commercial lines insurance coverage
- Prepare endorsement requests for insurance carriers
- Track carrier responses and confirm endorsements are added to existing policies
- Process endorsements through invoicing and client delivery
- Review audits by verifying rates, exposures, and prior premiums
- Manage cancellations and resolve billing issues
- Coordinate with staff and clients to collect information for policy changes
- Apply established agency procedures to daily work
- Provide technical assistance to Marketing Executives and Producers
- Build and sustain relationships with internal and external clients
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of property and casualty servicing experience is preferred
- An active Property and Casualty license is required; Higginbotham will assist with obtaining licensure if needed
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Applied Epic experience is preferred; comparable Account Management System knowledge is also acceptable
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Frequent visual focus is required for reading documents and computer screens
- Frequent hearing and speaking are required for telephone and in-person communication
- Regular keyboarding, writing, and 10-key data-entry movements are required
- Role activities include walking, bending, sitting, reaching, and stretching in all directions
