Tavsif

  • Support producers and clients in maintaining commercial lines insurance coverage
  • Prepare endorsement requests for insurance carriers
  • Track carrier responses and confirm endorsements are added to existing policies
  • Process endorsements through invoicing and client delivery
  • Review audits by verifying rates, exposures, and prior premiums
  • Manage cancellations and resolve billing issues
  • Coordinate with staff and clients to collect information for policy changes
  • Apply established agency procedures to daily work
  • Provide technical assistance to Marketing Executives and Producers
  • Build and sustain relationships with internal and external clients

Talablar

  • At least two years of property and casualty servicing experience is preferred
  • An active Property and Casualty license is required; Higginbotham will assist with obtaining licensure if needed
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Applied Epic experience is preferred; comparable Account Management System knowledge is also acceptable
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Frequent visual focus is required for reading documents and computer screens
  • Frequent hearing and speaking are required for telephone and in-person communication
  • Regular keyboarding, writing, and 10-key data-entry movements are required
  • Role activities include walking, bending, sitting, reaching, and stretching in all directions
