  • Cultivate trusted partnerships with senior leaders, clients, relationship managers, product teams, and operations groups

  • Oversee the identification, escalation, monitoring, and resolution of complex custody issues
  • Turn client feedback, market trends, and operational challenges into strategic initiatives, product improvements, and measurable outcomes
  • Apply custody-market expertise in client presentations, business reviews, industry analysis, and strategic consultations
  • Work with business development and relationship management teams on client retention, growth opportunities, and complex client requirements
  • Lead cross-functional programs spanning Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Compliance
  • Prepare internal teams and clients for regulatory, market, and operational developments
  • Represent the organization with clients, investment managers, sub-custodians, fintech providers, and industry stakeholders

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, operations management, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in global custody, asset servicing, corporate trust, institutional banking, operations, client service, business engagement, relationship management, or related financial services areas
  • Professional experience in global custody services, asset servicing, securities processing, institutional trust and custody, or corporate trust
  • Established relationships across the institutional custody and asset servicing industry
  • Background supporting strategic growth, client retention, and business development initiatives
  • Ability to influence operating models, product direction, and client-service frameworks within a large financial institution
  • Deep knowledge of global custody, asset servicing, securities processing, cash correspondent banking, and complex asset administration
  • Experience supporting institutional and wealth-focused businesses at a large financial institution
  • Demonstrated success building executive partnerships and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Extensive experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering results without direct authority
  • Expertise in issue management, governance, service delivery, and operational improvement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving, changing environment
  • Collaborative leadership style grounded in accountability and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location at least three days per week
