- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, operations management, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in global custody, asset servicing, corporate trust, institutional banking, operations, client service, business engagement, relationship management, or related financial services areas
- Professional experience in global custody services, asset servicing, securities processing, institutional trust and custody, or corporate trust
- Established relationships across the institutional custody and asset servicing industry
- Background supporting strategic growth, client retention, and business development initiatives
- Ability to influence operating models, product direction, and client-service frameworks within a large financial institution
- Deep knowledge of global custody, asset servicing, securities processing, cash correspondent banking, and complex asset administration
- Experience supporting institutional and wealth-focused businesses at a large financial institution
- Demonstrated success building executive partnerships and influencing senior stakeholders
- Extensive experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering results without direct authority
- Expertise in issue management, governance, service delivery, and operational improvement
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving, changing environment
