Guide clean energy developers through prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance using the company’s software. The role oversees customer accounts, audited reports, compliance processes, and product feedback.
Tavsif
- Serve as the primary customer contact for prevailing wage and apprenticeship (PWA) requirements across a portfolio of accounts.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing team.
- Oversee audited report delivery through the company’s platform, including rigorous human review.
- Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams and contribute to platform roadmap discussions.
- Set best practices for accurate, consistent, scalable data collection and maintenance.
- Work with sales and account management teams on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Advise on complex federal and state guidance and labor compliance requirements.
- Develop materials and training for customers and internal teams.
Talablar
- Bring at least seven years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment or at a leading tax, accounting, legal, or consulting firm.
- Show a record of strong performance and increasing responsibility.
- Be able to investigate technical tax or accounting topics and understand their details.
- Have experience managing customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Be comfortable explaining complex topics and answering challenging questions.
- Bring a systems mindset, with the ability to think strategically and build repeatable processes.
- Manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience at a Big Four accounting firm or similar organization is a plus.
- Experience with prevailing wage and apprenticeship programs or related labor compliance is a plus.
- Experience managing and mentoring team members is a plus.
