Tavsif

  • Develop and deliver collaborative working programmes with NHS organisations
  • Build trusted relationships with NHS stakeholders
  • Turn identified unmet needs and service inefficiencies into well-governed partnership projects
  • Identify and scope NHS collaborative programme opportunities
  • Work with NHS and cross-functional stakeholders to assess service barriers, unmet needs and pathway inefficiencies
  • Evaluate digital and AI options that could support pathway transformation
  • Set measurable outcomes, replication and scaling processes, and long-term sustainability plans
  • Create Project Initiation Documents covering objectives, scope, resources, governance, measures, timelines and exit strategies
  • Lead internal medical, legal and compliance reviews and identify Executive Sponsors
  • Draft and negotiate Collaborative Working Agreements with NHS legal entities
  • Arrange document certification and publish certified executive summaries
  • Lead delivery and chair or co-chair project boards and governance groups
  • Coordinate internal contributors and third-party delivery partners
  • Track milestones and outcomes while managing risks, variations and disputes
  • Help transition funded NHS roles and service changes to sustainable local funding
  • Keep activities non-promotional and compliant with the ABPI Code and national guidance
  • Maintain audit documentation and prevent access to individual patient data
  • Ensure accurate transfer-of-value data for annual Disclosure UK reporting
  • Publish final outcome reports when projects close
  • Manage delivery within allocated budgets and support successful expansion to other areas

Talablar

  • Substantial experience in account management, healthcare partnerships or market access
  • Strong knowledge of NHS structures, commissioning and funding flows across England and the Devolved Nations
  • Proven project management ability, including project initiation documents, business cases and outcome frameworks
  • Experience supporting pathway or service redesign and change management
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships with NHS executives and clinical leaders
  • Sound commercial and analytical judgement
  • Working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice, particularly Collaborative Working and Disclosure UK requirements
  • Ability to align local health system and NHS plan priorities with therapeutic-area solutions that improve patient care
  • Experience analysing local data and supporting clinical audits to build a case for change
  • Experience measuring service evaluations and applying health economics to demonstrate system benefits
  • Experience supporting NHS technology and AI implementation to improve care pathways
  • Experience managing projects with multiple partners and third-party delivery organisations
  • Demonstrates integrity
  • Comfort working in highly governed and audited settings with rigorous documentation and process discipline
  • Ability to turn clinical or operational problems into structured, fundable project proposals
  • Collaborative and consultative approach, with influence across NHS and internal stakeholders without direct authority
  • Resilience managing projects lasting 12 to 24 months
  • Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, proactive leadership and adaptability to change
