Lead Generative AI Solutions Architect
Lead customer engagements that bring generative AI and large language model solutions into production. Develop architectures, proofs of concept, and technical enablement for Databricks’ EMEA digital-native customers.
Tavsif
- Provide technical leadership in generative AI, LLMs, and applied machine learning for the EMEA Emerging DNB business.
- Work with architecture, engineering, and account teams to assess, design, and reduce risk in generative AI use cases.
- Develop practical proofs of concept and reference implementations for large-scale LLM and deep learning workloads on Databricks.
- Guide fine-tuning and customization projects using open LLMs.
- Bring customer feedback to Product and Engineering to inform the roadmap.
- Train and mentor the EMEA Emerging DNB Field Engineering team through workshops and reference architectures.
- Represent Databricks at conferences and through blogs and executive customer briefings.
Talablar
- Know the LLM landscape, including proprietary and open-source models and providers.
- Have deep expertise in LLM application patterns, including RAG, agents, tool use, fine-tuning, model customization, prompt and evaluation engineering, and LLM safety guardrails.
- Have strong foundations in machine learning and deep learning, including distributed training, GPU workloads, and the MLOps lifecycle.
- Be proficient in Python and ML tools such as PyTorch, Transformers, MLflow, and Spark.
- Have Databricks experience or be able to ramp up quickly on Mosaic AI, Model Serving, Vector Search, and Unity Catalog.
- Have experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Bring excellent communication and consultative skills.
- Show a record of technical leadership and mentoring.
- Be comfortable working with digital-native, high-growth customers.
- Be based in the United Kingdom and able to work across EMEA time zones.
- Be willing to travel to customer sites in the region as needed.
