HCM Implementation Associate Consultant - Huron, Paris Hybrid

Support Huron clients with HR transformation projects using Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, and SAP SuccessFactors. Help gather requirements, configure and test systems, validate data, and produce project deliverables.

Tavsif

  • Help design and deliver HCM solutions across Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, and Recruiting.
  • Contribute to implementations of platforms including Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Gather business requirements through client meetings and requirements workshops.
  • Record business processes, functional requirements, and proposed solution designs.
  • Assist with system configuration, testing, data validation, and user acceptance activities.
  • Work with technical teams on integrations involving payroll, ERP, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Create project documentation, progress reports, and materials for client presentations.
  • Share knowledge while building expertise in HCM delivery and consulting practices.
  • Help design and implement HCM solutions covering core human resources processes.
  • Support implementation projects involving Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Take part in requirements-gathering workshops with HR stakeholders.
  • Prepare functional documentation, specifications, and project materials.
  • Assist with configuration, testing, and user acceptance activities.
  • Coordinate with technical teams on integration and data migration work.
  • Produce project deliverables and client presentation materials.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and the development of Huron methodologies.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Two to four years of experience in HR transformation, HRIS, HCM implementation, or business process consulting.
  • Prior exposure to Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage assigned workstreams with limited supervision.
  • Careful, quality-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Willing to travel when client engagements require it.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, information systems, management, or a comparable field.
  • Two to four years of experience with HR transformation, HRIS, or HCM implementation projects.
  • Initial experience with Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors is valued.
  • Ability to analyze issues and develop solutions.
  • Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Organized, self-directed approach to work.
  • Team-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • Availability for occasional travel to client sites.
