Opis

  • Lead the design and delivery of change management strategies and plans
  • Work with senior leaders and stakeholders to assess change impacts and align initiatives with organisational goals
  • Create and deliver communications that inform and engage people across the organisation
  • Advise project teams on change management practices and methods
  • Assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust plans as needed
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the Pace Central Change and Communications Team
  • Coach and develop team members, supporting a collaborative, high-performing environment

Zahteve

  • Background in change management, communications content development and project management, with experience delivering transformative change
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Track record of influencing senior leaders and building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience designing and delivering communications strategies for large-scale change programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to set strategic direction and carry out plans
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
