Work remotely from the Philippines, turning customer enquiries into Karmo car subscription applications for Australian customers. Assess affordability, guide applicants through the process, and meet sales targets.
Opis
- Manage inbound sales enquiries across phone, email, and online channels.
- Contact warm leads and return missed calls through proactive outbound calls.
- Explain Karmo car subscriptions and help customers choose suitable vehicles.
- Support customers with applications and gather the required documents.
- Check identity documents, bank statements, income, and affordability against credit guidelines.
- Log customer conversations and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
- Achieve daily sales KPIs, conversion targets, and quality standards.
- Work scheduled shifts that match Australian business hours, which may include late shifts and rotating weekends.
Zahteve
- At least two years’ experience in sales finance, consumer lending, vehicle finance, personal loans, mortgage broking, or loan processing.
- Strong telephone sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Experience checking bank statements and verifying income and affordability.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confidence communicating with customers in Australia.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and cloud-based phone systems.
- Careful attention to detail, integrity, reliability, and sound judgment.
- Availability for scheduled shifts aligned with Australian business hours.
- Experience serving Australian customers or businesses is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Australian credit, KYC, and privacy requirements is an advantage.
- Experience in vehicle finance, leasing, or car subscriptions is an advantage.
- A qualification in business, finance, or sales is an advantage.
- Ability to comply with BIR self-registration.
- Ability to provide device specifications, internet speed details, equipment information, and evidence of the work setup.
