Opis

  • Lead field education and issue resolution to help patients access J&J Neuroscience therapies.
  • Spend up to 50% of working time on-site with healthcare providers and their staff.
  • Explain reimbursement processes, claims, procedures, and payer coding requirements to healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives, key account managers, and other field support colleagues.
  • Guide compliant discussions about patient access and fulfillment.
  • Apply data and account management skills to identify and address access barriers.
  • Resolve urgent patient access and affordability challenges.
  • Work with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and possible changes.
  • Provide field-based reimbursement guidance, access support, education, and problem-solving.
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
  • Plan territory logistics, travel routes, and account business activities.
  • Keep current on market conditions, coverage, and coding requirements.
  • Build expertise in hub services and specialty distribution channels.
  • Coordinate with J&J teams in marketing, sales, medical science, SCG, IBG, HCC, and PECS.
  • Advise on access and affordability options across Medicare, Medicaid Managed Care, and commercial plans.
  • Carry out business activities in line with ethical, legal, and compliance standards and complete required training.
  • Travel up to 75% of the time.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare or business/public administration.
  • At least five years of relevant professional experience.
  • Account management and/or reimbursement experience in provider offices, including building strong customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pharmacy and medical or buy-and-bill benefits, coding, billing, prior authorizations, office operations, and appeals.
  • Reimbursement or relevant managed care experience, including revenue cycle, buy-and-bill, prior authorization, coding, and appeals.
  • Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence across a matrixed organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex access situations and find timely, efficient solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with reliable follow-through.
  • Experience working with patient support hub services.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
  • Permanent residence within the listed territory.
  • Neuroscience disease-area experience preferred.
  • Advanced degree and/or relevant prior authorization, billing, or coding certifications preferred.
  • Strong understanding of market access and business fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer initiatives affecting reimbursement for pharmaceutical and biotechnology products.
  • Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Word, and Excel experience preferred.
