Store Team Lead, Crocs — Kuala Lumpur
Lead store teams and daily retail operations for Crocs in Kuala Lumpur, supporting sales, customer service, and inventory management. Coordinate team activities and help meet store sales targets.
Opis
- Deliver attentive customer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
- Help build a positive team environment where people can share suggestions, ideas, and concerns
- Coordinate and delegate work, set priorities, and meet store deadlines
- Follow up on the store’s daily activities
- Support customer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stockroom management
- Assist with retail operations, including point-of-sale systems, replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, cleanliness, and recovery standards
- Set an example and work with Store Management to improve personal performance indicators through sales techniques
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures
- Teach team members about products and promotions
- Pursue daily sales targets in support of company goals and initiatives
- Follow asset protection, loss prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures
Zahteve
- 2–3 years of retail experience overall
- Previous experience leading a store is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth retail setting
- Schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Regular attendance is essential
