Descriere

  • Deliver installation and lifecycle service operations across Fleet, Rental, and Dealership customer verticals.
  • Complete installations on schedule, maintain SLA performance, expand delivery capacity, and meet cost targets.
  • Direct planning, resource allocation, safety compliance, and quality for installation and maintenance work.
  • Complete Rental and Dealership installations within two days and Fleet installations within four days.
  • Define clear scopes for maintenance visits and ensure timely, first-time-right completion.
  • Serve as the operational partner to Sales and Implementation.
  • Assess sales commitments for feasibility, flag risks, and convert them into actionable operating plans.
  • Lead Field Service Engineers and Service Operations Coordinators.
  • Maintain 80% utilization, technical readiness, and effective capacity plans.
  • Oversee installation partners and contractors, including their cost, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Improve on-time delivery, first-time fix rates, and installation costs through corrective action.

Cerințe

  • At least five years leading field operations, service delivery, or technical operations teams.
  • Experience managing distributed Field Service Engineers or other technical field teams.
  • Background in automotive, fleet, rental, dealership, or a comparable operational environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional work across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Operations.
  • Experience with capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance measurement.
  • Experience overseeing high-volume deployment, installation, or field service programs.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, and installation partners.
  • Proficiency with ERP, CRM, or Field Service Management systems.
  • Strong analytical judgment and data-driven problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation-handling skills.
  • Willingness to travel to on-site locations as business needs require.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or another project management certification is a plus.
