Descriere

  • Own and optimise automated customer journeys throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Run operational CRM communications, from booking confirmations and reminders to onboarding and service updates
  • Use Bloomreach data, customer behaviour and segmentation to target communications
  • Create and deliver communications by email, WhatsApp, app and other relevant channels
  • Coordinate CRM activity for seasonal campaigns, pricing updates, gifting, promotions and regional or global marketing initiatives
  • Track campaign and journey results, test approaches and improve content, timing, audiences and conversion
  • Maintain quality, data accuracy and deliverability across CRM activity and markets
  • Work with Marketing, Growth, Digital, Technology and Operations on integrations, data flows and operational needs
  • Surface opportunities and insights, and recommend improvements to engagement, retention and commercial performance

Cerințe

  • Substantial CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation experience, preferably in a fast-moving business operating across multiple locations or markets
  • Practical experience with Bloomreach or a similar CRM/CDP platform, such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Braze
  • A demonstrated ability to design, build and improve complex automated customer journeys
  • Knowledge of customer data platforms, segmentation, personalisation, behavioural data and journey logic
  • Experience overseeing marketing and operational CRM communications across multiple channels
  • Analytical, commercially minded approach and ability to turn performance data into practical improvements
  • Strong organisation, close attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
  • Technical aptitude and a hands-on, solutions-focused approach, with confidence working independently in the platform
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities while working with teams across the business
  • Valid right to work
