Develop content for client marketing communications and experience channels
Maintain and strengthen the Truist brand voice
Partner with digital product owners, designers, marketers, business-line teams, and other stakeholders
Build and execute content strategies that support business objectives
Perform user research, content audits, gap analyses, competitor research, and SEO keyword research
Write, edit, and deliver research- and data-informed content for websites, applications, emails, videos, whitepapers, social media, advertising, brochures, direct mail, and other client communications
Apply Truist voice and messaging standards through writing, peer reviews, agency collaboration, training, education, and paired writing with subject matter experts
Oversee content delivery and upkeep, including editorial calendars, style guides, taxonomies, and copy documentation
Monitor content usage, trends, and conversion results

Cerințe

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, English, or a related field, or equivalent education and relevant training
Five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Deep understanding of content marketing and marketing principles, practices, theories, and methodologies
Experience managing projects or leading project workstreams
Understanding of the industry’s competitive environment and the factors that distinguish Truist from its competitors
Ability to interpret and communicate complex information to diverse audiences while building stakeholder alignment
Ability to guide, coach, and mentor experienced team members
Fluency with Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in English is required
Ability to work all scheduled hours, including overtime when business needs require it
Ability to operate standard office equipment, including a PC keyboard and mouse, copiers, fax machines, and printers
Preferred: strong writing and editing capabilities, including copywriting, copyediting, technical writing, wordsmithing, and adapting voice and tone
Preferred: strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred: five years of digital content experience spanning websites, email, and applications
Preferred: technical proficiency with content management systems, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML
Preferred: experience in a financial institution
