Sales Operations Manager, UKI - Bucharest Hybrid

Support UiPath’s UK and Ireland revenue operations for enterprise automation software. Lead forecasting, pipeline analysis, planning, and performance reporting from Bucharest.

Descriere

  • Manage daily Revenue Operations support for the UK and Ireland
  • Lead weekly forecasting, pipeline reviews, performance analysis, business reviews, and action tracking
  • Use Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI to assess pipeline movement, coverage, conversion, performance, and data quality
  • Translate performance findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Partner with UKI sales leaders and teams to implement agreed actions and course corrections
  • Develop stakeholder relationships across the UKI organization and provide operational support
  • Contribute to annual and in-year planning across segmentation, territories, capacity, quota deployment, resource allocation, and targets
  • Keep reporting accurate while improving sales productivity, forecast discipline, pipeline hygiene, processes, and data quality
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Renewals, Partner, and Sales Technology teams
  • Advise sales teams on processes, systems, and effective operating practices
  • Work within the Europe Revenue Operations team and report to the Director of Revenue Operations Europe

Cerințe

  • At least five years of practical experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related commercial operations function
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Background supporting or working with UK and Ireland sales teams
  • Solid understanding of the UKI market, sales cadence, and stakeholder expectations
  • Strong applied experience in forecasting, pipeline analysis, business management, and sales performance reporting
  • Advanced practical proficiency with Salesforce and Excel
  • Experience with Power BI or a comparable analytics platform
  • Sound commercial judgment and strong problem-solving ability
  • Capacity to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver consistently
  • B2B software or SaaS experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT is advantageous
  • Experience with SQL, workflow automation, partner operations, or renewals is an advantage
