Digital Transformation Consultant, ISM/ESM — Mexico Remote

Lead enterprise discovery engagements for Samsara customers in Mexico, documenting processes, systems, and integration needs. Translate operational requirements into validated API and data-mapping packages for Samsara’s IoT platform.

Descriere

  • Lead focused, approximately three-month engagements with Samsara’s largest Enterprise customers
  • Conduct structured discovery to document current processes and systems
  • Facilitate workshops that define future-state workflows and data transmission or transformation needs
  • Inventory systems and APIs, including data volumes, authentication limits, regulatory requirements, and data-residency considerations
  • Coordinate feasibility reviews with Solutions Integration Services
  • Develop prioritized requirements packages covering use cases, field-level data mappings, success criteria, and open risks
  • Validate requirements with customer stakeholders and the internal account team
  • Complete and submit the SIS Request Log
  • Participate in SIS/ESM scoping meetings and retain relevant customer context
  • Support ESM with statement-of-work drafting
  • Close discovery engagements once requests are confirmed ready for implementation
  • Monitor engagement status, milestones, and timelines in Salesforce and Compass
  • Maintain discovery templates and playbooks, and circulate lessons learned
  • Shadow ESM and SIS teams, complete training, and independently deliver a validated requirements package within the first 90 days

Cerințe

  • At least seven years of customer-facing experience in consulting, business or systems analysis, solutions consulting, or implementation, ideally within enterprise SaaS or IoT software
  • Demonstrated experience leading structured enterprise discovery, including stakeholder interviews, current- and future-state process mapping, and requirements collection
  • Practical understanding of APIs and system integration principles
  • Able to participate confidently in technical discussions without writing integration code
  • Strong workshop facilitation, synthesis, and documentation capabilities
  • Able to convert cross-functional discussions into an actionable requirements document
  • Proven ability to independently manage multi-month, multi-stakeholder engagements while owning timeline and quality
  • Experience integrating fleet or telematics, ERP, WMS, TMS or dispatch, HRIS, or fuel-card systems is preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and services or project-tracking platforms is preferred
  • Experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales or Solutions Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or Business or Systems Analyst is preferred
  • Experience supporting Enterprise accounts in Mexico and the broader Latin American market is preferred
