Client Services Manager, Programmatic Advertising – Cologne Hybrid

Manage German-market client accounts and programmatic campaigns for Ogury, a global adtech company. Own campaign performance, client reporting, retention, and growth opportunities.

Descriere

  • Oversee the daily success of an assigned portfolio of client accounts
  • Serve as the main contact and develop trusted relationships with clients
  • Manage client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing account activities
  • Set up, oversee, and optimize programmatic and managed campaigns against agreed KPIs
  • Track campaign delivery, pacing, and account health while addressing risks and issues early
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to support retention and account growth
  • Provide client training, performance insights, reporting, post-campaign reviews, and presentations
  • Find optimization, upselling, and expansion opportunities informed by campaign results and client needs
  • Primarily support the German market
  • Work independently while taking ownership of campaign delivery, client satisfaction, and retention support

Cerințe

  • Fluent German at C1 level or above is required
  • Two to three years of experience managing client accounts in client services, account management, ad operations, or customer success
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital advertising, campaign management, and programmatic media
  • Working or hands-on knowledge of programmatic advertising ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, and the bidstream, is preferred
  • Experience with third-party ad servers such as DCM or Adform, verification platforms such as IAS, DoubleVerify, or MOAT, and/or DSPs or SSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Adform, or Xandr is advantageous
  • Experience with tag management platforms such as Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch is advantageous
  • Capacity to manage multiple campaigns or accounts concurrently in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including interpreting campaign performance data
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and effective organizational skills
  • Ability to work across functions, coordinate multiple teams, and develop strong working partnerships
