Descriere

  • Oversee the Enterprise team’s daily operations while supporting the Team Director’s responsibility for the business portfolio
  • Ensure Account Handlers process renewals accurately and comply with company procedures
  • Administer holidays, sickness, and absence for Account Handlers
  • Identify recruitment requirements and lead interviewing and training for direct reports
  • Address performance and conduct issues within the team promptly and appropriately
  • Create training plans and complete performance appraisals for direct reports
  • Deliver high-quality service to existing clients across their insurance arrangements
  • Assess, arrange, and secure suitable insurance cover at competitive premiums
  • Manage new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals in relevant markets within company terms and conditions
  • Respond promptly to telephone enquiries and refer matters beyond your knowledge or experience

Cerințe

  • Substantial experience in insurance broking
  • Strong workload organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Enthusiasm paired with effective problem-solving ability
  • Team leadership or people management experience is advantageous
  • Ability to complete required employment checks, including recent employment, address, credit history, and standard criminal record verification
  • Professional, respectful conduct and a commitment to contributing to an inclusive workplace
