Descriere

  • Investigate and verify the circumstances and facts surrounding automobile accidents
  • Assess policy coverage, liability, and vehicle or property damage
  • Adjust and negotiate claims within the role’s authorized limits
  • Use the company’s claims systems and related technology
  • Collaborate on potential subrogation or fraud and determine appropriate handling
  • Apply knowledge of company policies, the insurance industry, and internal relationships
  • Perform foundational investigations for auto insurance claims
  • Identify vehicle body components and possible property damage
  • Assess customer needs and respond with appropriate service skills
  • Work without supervisory responsibilities

Cerințe

  • Experience handling auto insurance claims involving coverage, liability, and damages
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required

  • Applicants with an active insurance license must end all existing appointments before onboarding
