Senior Preconstruction Executive, Advanced Manufacturing

Lead preconstruction planning for advanced manufacturing projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, and design. Direct teams and subcontractor engagement while building client relationships and pursuing new work.

  • Oversee client engagement, contract administration, budgets, schedules, procurement, and design.
  • Hold financial responsibility from project initiation through contract execution.
  • Run preconstruction meetings to align design, budget, and schedule activities.
  • Coach, train, and develop team members.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly preconstruction status reports.
  • Set the subcontractor engagement strategy for preconstruction.
  • Build relationships with owners, clients, engineering and design firms, trade partners, and designers.
  • Set deadlines and track delivery.
  • Develop and lead plans to meet minority participation requirements.
  • Pursue new projects through relationships with clients, trade partners, and design firms.
  • Promote an inclusive and diverse team environment.

Prasības

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • At least 10 years of estimating, cost control, and construction experience.
  • Large-scale construction experience with a general contractor is strongly preferred.
  • At least six years of experience leading, developing, and motivating teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, technical knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with conceptual, detailed, and self-perform estimating.
  • Understanding of Lump Sum Hard Bid, Progressive GMP, Target-Value Design, Design-Build, and Progressive Design-Build delivery methods.
  • Knowledge of and experience with the local subcontractor market.
  • Ability to make timely, effective decisions.
  • A record of managing preconstruction from start to finish.
  • Ability to build and negotiate relationships with owners, designers, and trade contractors.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Alignment with Clark Standards of Excellence.
  • DBIA and LEED accreditations are preferred.
  • Field experience is highly desired.
  • Experience with Beck Destini, Assemble, and REVIT is a plus.
  • Ability to work at active construction sites and in office settings.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, read plans, and inspect work.
  • Ability to work in changing weather conditions, noisy environments, elevated or confined spaces, and near moving mechanical equipment.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and respond to urgent matters or emergencies.
  • Completion of a pre-employment drug fitness-for-duty screening; random quarterly fitness-for-duty drug tests are also conducted.
