Azure

Apraksts

  • Lead internal and external team members on functional and technical matters
  • Coordinate as the primary contact among the client, L1.5 support teams, and Center of Excellence teams
  • Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures with the customer
  • Resolve operational escalations and join a rotating on-call schedule
  • Troubleshoot complex L3 issues across Microsoft Power Platform
  • Administer Power Automate, users, and environments
  • Investigate recurring issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks to find root causes
  • Configure and manage Power Platform environments
  • Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Follow change management processes and governance policies
  • Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles
  • Share knowledge across the team

Prasības

  • Bring at least 8–10 years of in-depth experience developing and supporting solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
  • Have German proficiency at B2 or higher; C1 is preferred
  • Have English proficiency at B2 or higher; C1 is preferred
  • Hold the MB-200 Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Core certification
  • Hold the MB-400 Microsoft Power Apps / Dynamics 365 Developer certification
  • Hold the PL-600 / MB-600 Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Solution Architect certification
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, platform administration, and user management
  • Have experience with Azure DevOps and Power Platform CI/CD pipelines
  • Have experience implementing security and governance requirements
  • Bring a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Apply strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Have experience managing support queues and prioritizing critical incidents
  • Be willing to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
