Clinical Research Specialist, Neurovascular Studies

Oversee clinical study sites, data quality, and regulatory records for Medtronic’s neurovascular technologies. Support compliant studies from site activation through closeout.

Apraksts

  • Oversee clinical study sites from activation to closeout, handling initiation, training, issue resolution, and ongoing support.
  • Review and maintain regulatory and study-startup records, including approvals.
  • Coordinate investigators and site staff to uphold protocols, data quality, and study goals.
  • Maintain study files, essential records, training materials, and other documentation.
  • Review clinical data, resolve discrepancies, track outstanding queries, and coordinate study actions with monitors.
  • Help develop and carry out clinical management plans, protocols, case report forms, and related study documents.
  • Track study progress and report on clinical investigation activities, milestones, and results.
  • Work with study sites, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support study delivery.

Prasības

  • Clinical study support experience: 6+ years with a high school diploma or equivalent; 4+ years with an associate degree; 2+ years with a bachelor's degree; or an advanced degree in clinical research, clinical operations, or related study support.
  • Experience supporting clinical studies and managing clinical site activities.
  • Experience working in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Experience reviewing clinical data, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining study records.
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is unavailable for roles below Principal level.
  • For degrees earned outside the United States, a baccalaureate degree meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
