  • Contact homeowners who have signed up for GetAgent’s services
  • Help homeowners arrange valuations with selected estate agents
  • Guide customers through the process of putting their property on the market
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns
  • Use data to help customers find suitable estate agents
  • Share market insights and explain relevant data
  • Hold consultations by telephone
  • Keep CRM records of conversations, outcomes and follow-ups accurate
  • Provide customers with helpful, reassuring service

  • Suitable for graduates or candidates with some early experience in a similar role
  • Quickly assess customer situations and offer appropriate suggestions and useful market insights
  • Stay resilient while gathering information and resolving customer questions or issues
  • Build rapport with customers quickly
  • Communicate confidently with a wide range of people
  • Work five days per week on either 09:00–18:00 or 11:00–20:00 shifts
  • Work every other Saturday instead of one weekday
  • Work onsite three days and from home two days each week
