- Suitable for graduates or candidates with some early experience in a similar role
- Quickly assess customer situations and offer appropriate suggestions and useful market insights
- Stay resilient while gathering information and resolving customer questions or issues
- Build rapport with customers quickly
- Communicate confidently with a wide range of people
- Work five days per week on either 09:00–18:00 or 11:00–20:00 shifts
- Work every other Saturday instead of one weekday
