Сипаттама

  • Administer the Bank’s automated BSA/AML monitoring system, overseeing alert and case reviews, investigations, documentation, escalations, and regulatory reporting.
  • Strengthen monitoring controls through data validation, interface reconciliation, scenario and parameter reviews, testing, tuning recommendations, and change documentation.
  • Investigate complex alerts, referrals, customer relationships, and transaction patterns for potential financial crime, sanctions exposure, or other suspicious activity.
  • Prepare SARs and supporting narratives, recommend filing decisions, review continuing activity, and validate and file CTRs and exemptions on time.
  • Conduct customer and enhanced due diligence for moderate- and higher-risk relationships and activities.
  • Research potential OFAC and sanctions matches, document decisions, and promptly escalate possible true matches or prohibited activity.
  • Advise, train, and coach colleagues on BSA/AML matters.
  • Contribute to risk assessments, audits, independent testing, regulatory examinations, management and Board reporting, and corrective actions.

Талаптар

  • Bring three to five years of BSA/AML/OFAC compliance or financial-crimes experience at a financial institution.
  • Have experience investigating complex alerts and cases and preparing SARs and CTRs.
  • Know BSA/AML/CFT, CIP, customer due diligence, beneficial ownership, and OFAC requirements.
  • Use BSA/AML software and automated transaction-monitoring systems, such as Nasdaq Verafin or Abrigo BAM.
  • Demonstrate strong investigative, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Apply close attention to detail and sound judgment while safeguarding confidential information.
  • Hold a BSA/AML certification or be able to obtain one within management’s specified timeframe.
  • CAMS, CAFP, or a comparable certification is preferred.
  • Have a GED.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
