Prepare, process, and maintain accurate customer quotes
Confirm quote details are complete and meet organizational and vendor standards
Assemble documentation that supports customer quotes
Work with sales teams to obtain missing quote information
Prepare, process, and maintain vendor deal registrations
Monitor registration progress and share status updates with internal stakeholders
Check deal registration records against vendor requirements
Investigate registration discrepancies and escalate complex cases
Record and update data accurately across CRM, ERP, quoting, and vendor platforms
Review information for accuracy before submission
Keep quoting and registration records and documentation organized
Contribute to operational workflows and ongoing process improvements
Partner with Sales Representatives and internal teams to handle requests efficiently
Flag incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information and obtain clarification
Refer complex issues and exceptions to the appropriate support resources

High school diploma or an equivalent credential, such as a GED or HiSET
Strong data-entry ability with careful attention to detail
Ability to follow established workflows and procedures
Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate on issue resolution and offer proactive recommendations
Self-directed, dependable, and punctual approach to work
Comfort working in a fast-paced team setting
Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks, prioritize deadlines, and deliver results
Experience using CRM, ERP, or quoting platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft 365
Availability to work at least 40 hours per week
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with heavier loads handled using proper equipment
Ability to use required personal protective equipment when applicable
Ability to work across office, warehouse, and remote settings
