Full-time hybrid Legal Billing Specialist role in Pittsburgh focused on e-billing support, invoice auditing, accounting reconciliation, and client billing inquiries.

- Coordinate with e-billing vendors, accounts-payable vendors, and client contacts while addressing client inquiries.
- Confirm billing rates, alternative fee arrangements, billing notes, and applicable instructions.
- Review time entries and disbursements for formatting, rate accuracy, and compliance with specified guidelines.
- Match invoices against accounting records and confirm that supporting documentation is complete.
- Investigate and answer questions about time, disbursements, invoices, e-billing, timekeepers, rates, trust funds, and collections.
- Support collection activities when required.
- Keep client reports and databases current.

- At least one year of 3E or Elite Enterprise experience in a legal billing position.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Capacity to manage a large volume of invoices.
- Patience when processing invoices that require revisions or are repeatedly rejected.
