Guide homeowners through consultative sales of SpringWell water filtration systems, from inbound inquiry to purchase. Recommend residential water treatment options suited to each customer’s water concerns, budget, and installation needs.

- Connect with homeowners through phone, chat, email, and planned follow-ups to handle inbound inquiries.
- Manage the sales process independently for standard and moderately complex system setups.
- Ask structured questions to identify customers’ water quality concerns and priorities.
- Explain water test results and technical information in clear, practical terms.
- Introduce SpringWell products and recommend options that fit customers’ needs, budgets, and installation requirements.
- Advance prospective sales toward completion and address common objections.
- Provide a professional, confidence-building experience that supports customer decisions.
- Keep CRM entries, call notes, follow-up plans, and sales pipeline activity up to date.
- Develop product knowledge, including system features, installation considerations, and competing options.
- Refer complex technical questions to others and build the skills to resolve them independently over time.
- Achieve revenue and productivity goals while pursuing relevant additional sales opportunities.
- Share common customer questions, objections, and water concerns with colleagues and the marketing and product teams.

- At least two years of inside sales experience with a record of achieving results.
- Ability to manage the entire sales process independently, from qualifying prospects through closing.
- Strong skills in needs-based customer discovery and addressing objections.
- Experience selling considered purchases or consultative solutions rather than purely transactional products.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound leads while maintaining consistent conversion practices.
- Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management, follow-ups, and forecasting.
- Preferred: Experience selling water treatment, home services, or technical home improvement systems such as HVAC or solar.
- Preferred: In-depth knowledge of residential water quality concerns and installation requirements.
