Corporate Governance and Legal Operations Analyst
Support corporate governance and legal operations for Daimler Truck North America entities in the United States and Canada. Coordinate governance records, filings, analytics, and process improvements.

- Coordinate governance work for Daimler Truck entities in the United States and Canada.
- Prepare and maintain board resolutions, shareholder actions, officer and director documents, and governance records using approved legal templates.
- Oversee annual filings, state and provincial reporting, statutory deadlines, entity records, and corporate information.
- Liaise with external entity management providers and internal stakeholders.
- Keep governance records accurate for legal, audit, tax, regulatory, and business needs.
- Support legal operations through process mapping, workflow improvements, and adoption of tools.
- Manage purchase requisition and purchase order processes for the Legal & Compliance department.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and track milestones, deliverables, and risks.
- Lead and contribute to analytics projects that surface insights, measure results, and inform business decisions.
- Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and strengthen data quality and governance.
- Assist with operational reporting, vendor coordination, and administrative work.
- Coordinate alignment, organization, and follow-through on key initiatives.
- Identify and advance improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
- Help automate manual processes and workflows.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend practical uses in compliance and legal operations.
- Contribute to innovation, operational excellence, and decisions guided by data.

- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, legal studies, public administration, risk management, compliance, or a related discipline plus 2–4 years of experience, or 4–6 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
- Relevant experience in corporate governance, entity management, legal operations, risk management, internal controls, regulatory operations, financial services, or another highly regulated field.
