Commercial Finance Support Analyst
Process invoices, rebates, reconciliations, and supplier enquiries for Australian commercial finance operations. Join Satellite Office’s hybrid team in BGC, Taguig.

- Review rebate claims, invoices, and supporting financial documents for accuracy
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Keep financial records accurate
- Handle enquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Update supplier details, trading terms, and financial data in internal systems
- Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation, and related administration
- Help with month-end tasks, financial reporting, and transaction processing
- Track open claims and enquiries, and follow up until they are resolved
- Work with internal teams to keep data accurate and improve processes
- Help implement and use finance and rebate management systems

- Experience in finance operations, accounts payable or receivable, reconciliations, vendor support, or related administration
- Understanding of financial transactions, invoice processing, and reconciliation
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when investigating discrepancies
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Confidence handling stakeholder enquiries
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Adaptability to new processes and systems
- Availability to work Australian business hours
- Experience with rebate claims, supplier funding, or commercial finance is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with SAP, Zendesk, or comparable ERP and ticketing systems is preferred but not required
- Experience supporting Australian businesses or working in retail, distribution, or shared services is preferred but not required
