E-Verify Program is a U.S. government employment eligibility verification service operated by the Department of Homeland Security. It helps enrolled employers check employees’ work authorization through a process connected to Form I-9, with tools for photo and document matching, reporting, and integration with employer systems. The program also provides resources for employers, federal contractors, and employees on compliance, workplace rights, and resolving tentative nonconfirmations.
