Description

  • Oversee account management performance, driving client persistency, growth and market earnings
  • Create and carry out plans to strengthen retention and broaden product solutions
  • Lead and coach client management teams
  • Review metrics and dashboards to spot trends, risks and opportunities to improve
  • Build the market’s reputation through consultative engagement and client solutions focused on value

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in a related industry
  • At least three years of people leadership or management experience
  • Experience driving growth, retention and financial performance
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and deliver results
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Sales or consultative client management experience is preferred
  • For occasional or permanent home working, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
