VP, Business Transformation - Marmon (Remote)

Lead enterprise transformation across Marmon Retail, connecting operating businesses with Marmon Holdings’ capabilities and expertise. Drive improvements in growth, margins, operations, customer value, and organizational effectiveness.

Description

  • Collaborate with company presidents and leadership teams to uncover high-value opportunities for applying Marmon capabilities to business performance
  • Connect Marmon Retail businesses with Marmon Centers of Excellence, subject-matter experts, tools, and resources
  • Adapt enterprise methods and best practices into practical, sustainable approaches for individual businesses
  • Set objectives, ownership, milestones, and success measures for capability deployment initiatives
  • Lead or facilitate cross-functional transformation efforts focused on profitable growth, margins, operational performance, customer value, and organizational effectiveness
  • Evaluate priorities, performance gaps, and barriers to execution
  • Create transformation roadmaps aligned with company strategy and operating priorities
  • Resolve obstacles and embed improvements into standard business practices
  • Find ways to scale successful practices and share lessons across Marmon Retail
  • Counsel the Group President, company presidents, and senior leadership teams on transformation priorities and execution risks
  • Track transformation portfolios, including dependencies, progress, outcomes, and areas requiring leadership attention
  • Foster collaboration, transparency, and knowledge sharing across Marmon Retail businesses and Marmon Centers of Excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, finance, marketing, information technology, or a related discipline
  • At least 15 years of progressively senior experience in business transformation, general management, operational excellence, strategy deployment, consulting, commercial excellence, technology-enabled transformation, or enterprise change
  • Track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple businesses, divisions, or operating companies
  • Experience using relevant disciplines such as strategy and marketing management, Lean, 80/20, information technology, digital transformation, or innovation
  • Ability to influence senior executives, guide difficult decisions, and deliver results without direct authority
  • Strong financial and business judgment, with the ability to link transformation priorities to measurable outcomes
  • Enterprise-wide perspective combined with the judgment to tailor solutions to each business
  • Executive credibility and presence with company presidents and senior leadership teams
  • Hands-on approach that turns strategy into implementation
  • Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management capabilities
