Description
- Create a welcoming environment across the spa, fitness, and retail areas
- Schedule guest spa treatments
- Welcome guests before and after their treatments
- Sell merchandise and assist with retail operations
- Inspect fitness areas regularly
- Keep the spa, fitness center, and shared spaces exceptionally clean
- Manage spa reservations and billing processes
- Support guests with product guidance, displays, suggestive selling, and merchandising
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining satisfaction
- Share important updates with management and relevant departments
- Attend assigned programs, meetings, and training sessions
Requirements
- Customer service experience in hospitality, spa and wellness, or retail settings
- Luxury hospitality or related customer service experience is preferred
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment as part of an outgoing team
- Strong communication abilities and a professional communication style
- A combination of education and relevant work experience
- Sound judgment with discretion and diplomatic decision-making
- Knowledge of spa treatments and related services
- Ability to recommend treatments and use suggestive selling techniques
- Availability to work full time
