- Provide actionable insights on products, portfolio performance, and player behavior.
- Guide investment decisions, portfolio priorities, and growth plans.

Requirements
- Substantial senior leadership experience in data, analytics, data science, or game economies within gaming, digital products, or consumer technology.
- A record of building trusted data capabilities and translating insights into commercial and player outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of experimentation, segmentation, monetization, predictive analytics, and metric governance.
- Experience leading distributed teams across technical and commercial functions.
- Strong product judgment.
- Ability to balance revenue optimization with a sustainable player experience.
