  • Set and deliver Product Madness’s data strategy.
  • Build trusted, scalable, accessible data platforms and products.
  • Define governance, data quality standards, and consistent business metrics.
  • Create decision frameworks that help leaders act confidently and quickly.
  • Lead business intelligence, analytics, research, and data science teams.
  • Provide actionable insights on products, portfolio performance, and player behavior.
  • Guide investment decisions, portfolio priorities, and growth plans.
  • Promote data-informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Set experimentation standards, governance, and testing frameworks.
  • Improve testing speed, learning quality, and use of findings.
  • Ensure significant decisions rely on sound evidence and measurable results.
  • Develop predictive methods for acquisition, engagement, retention, and commercial performance.
  • Set portfolio-wide standards for healthy, balanced game economies.
  • Lead monetization, offer strategy, segmentation, and pricing optimization.

  • Lead forecasting, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives.
  • Apply data science to improve player and business outcomes.
  • Find and scale competitive advantages through responsible use of data and AI.

Zahteve

  • Substantial senior leadership experience in data, analytics, data science, or game economies within gaming, digital products, or consumer technology.
  • A record of building trusted data capabilities and translating insights into commercial and player outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of experimentation, segmentation, monetization, predictive analytics, and metric governance.
  • Experience leading distributed teams across technical and commercial functions.
  • Strong product judgment.
  • Ability to balance revenue optimization with a sustainable player experience.
