Senior HR Business Partner

Description

  • Partner with leaders in clinical operations, technology, and corporate functions to develop strategic people solutions.
  • Advise functional leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, change management, and leadership development.
  • Handle sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and fairness.
  • Coach managers on performance discussions and conflict resolution.
  • Support performance reviews, career development, manager skills, and team growth.
  • Work with leaders and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, role clarity, and succession planning.
  • Promote inclusion, well-being, and a purpose-driven culture.
  • Drive follow-up on engagement survey action plans.
  • Ensure policies and practices meet requirements across multiple states, especially in regulated settings.
  • Analyze people data to identify trends and shape targeted interventions.
  • Provide everyday HR support while contributing to broader organizational priorities in a growing remote organization.

Requirements

  • Bring at least seven years of experience as a People Partner, HR Manager, HR Program Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Have experience working in a remote-first organization operating across multiple states.
  • Have experience in healthcare, value-based care, or technology-enabled clinical services.
  • Have at least four years of experience supporting clinical teams.
  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states.
  • Have at least four years of experience working with employment laws and regulations in California, Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey, and Washington.
  • Understand the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through leadership development.
  • Build strong relationships, coach leaders, navigate complex people matters, and maintain compliance in a regulated or healthcare-related field.
  • Use data confidently to guide discussions, advance initiatives, and influence decisions.
  • Bring a collaborative, coaching-focused approach.
  • Adapt readily and work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
  • Reside in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Utah, or Washington.
  • Candidates based in the Central time zone are strongly preferred.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Complete a pre-employment background check, which may include a drug test or other health screenings.
