Senior HCM Associate Consultant - Paris Hybrid
Huron is seeking a Senior HCM Associate Consultant in Paris to implement Workday, Oracle, and SAP HR solutions. The role supports clients through HR transformation, workshops, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Description
- Design and implement HCM solutions supporting end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes
- Support projects using Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, and SAP SuccessFactors in line with industry standards and leading practices
- Run workshops with HR stakeholders to capture requirements and define future-state processes
- Lead functional project work across design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support
- Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration
- Create and present client materials and project deliverables
- Manage assigned workstreams and deliver tasks on schedule
- Mentor junior consultants while supporting team development and knowledge sharing
- Design and implement HCM solutions covering end-to-end Hire-to-Retire HR processes
- Support implementations involving Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors
- Participate in workshops with HR teams to gather business needs and help define target processes
- Contribute across project phases, including design, configuration, testing, acceptance, deployment, and go-live support
- Work with technical teams on integrations with other systems, including ERP and payroll platforms
- Share knowledge and support junior consultants when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Three to five years of experience implementing HCM solutions or supporting HR transformation initiatives
- Experience with at least one major HCM platform, such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including Core HR, Talent, Performance, Compensation, and Recruiting
- Previous consulting experience is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing setting
- Willingness to travel as required
- Three to five years of experience implementing HCM solutions or transforming HR processes
- Technical experience with at least one major HCM platform, including Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors
- Consulting firm experience, such as Big Four or equivalent, is preferred
- Good understanding of HR processes, including Core HR, Talent Management, Performance, and Compensation
- Fluent spoken and written French and English
