Description

  • Create end-to-end Finance & Accounting service delivery solutions spanning Source to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report
  • Translate client needs into scalable operating models and solution designs
  • Shape delivery strategies across onshore, nearshore, offshore, and hybrid models
  • Define organizational structures, workforce plans, governance frameworks, and service management models
  • Evaluate opportunities to improve processes through workflow, AI, OCR, RPA, and analytics
  • Apply benchmark data to set productivity assumptions, staffing levels, cost models, performance targets, and service commitments
  • Assess transaction volumes, handling times, complexity drivers, and operational metrics
  • Build capacity forecasts and models that support pricing decisions and business cases
  • Own Finance & Accounting solution responses for RFPs, RFIs, and client opportunities
  • Prepare solution narratives, executive summaries, staffing plans, transition methods, and delivery models
  • Partner with pricing teams on cost structures and commercial recommendations
  • Contribute to client presentations, solution workshops, and due diligence activities
  • Lead discovery sessions and communicate recommendations to executive stakeholders
  • Address client questions and act as a trusted advisor through the sales cycle
  • Develop transition and implementation plans, evaluate risks, establish governance and continuous improvement frameworks, and support implementation handoffs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • At least 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations, consulting, outsourcing, shared services, or business process services
  • At least 3 years of experience designing F&A outsourcing, managed services, or shared services solutions
  • Background supporting large-scale RFP responses and competitive client pursuits
  • Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes and operating models
  • Experience creating staffing, productivity, and financial models from benchmark data
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent business writing and executive presentation abilities
  • Experience in BPO, shared services, consulting, or finance transformation environments is preferred
  • Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle is preferred
  • Experience with RPA, OCR, AI, and workflow automation technologies is preferred
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or continuous improvement methods is preferred
