Senior Data Analyst, Customer Success Operations — Docplanner, Spain Remote

Join Docplanner as a Senior Data Analyst supporting customer success operations across its global healthcare platform. Develop dashboards, predictive models, automation, and experiments across 13 markets.

Description

  • Own recurring reports, Tableau/Superset dashboards, and analytical data models
  • Develop and maintain automations that can scale across multiple markets
  • Apply established BI dashboard and data quality standards to analytical outputs
  • Evaluate, refine, and enhance statistical and predictive models
  • Prototype new statistical and predictive applications, then transfer validated models to Data Science
  • Use regression, forecasting, and related statistical methods to solve business problems
  • Use AI tools consistently and effectively for querying, coding, and analysis
  • Contribute to shared libraries, reusable code, and GitHub-based architecture
  • Convert business-line priorities into requirements for BI, Data Platform, and Product Analytics
  • Work with the relevant business VP and leadership team to uncover gaps and opportunities
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses that explain performance drivers and recommend next actions
  • Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and other experiments
  • Assess incoming requests, organize the workload, and agree priorities with business and data partners
  • Raise cross-team dependencies and resource trade-offs with the analytics manager
  • Report to the Global Customer Success Operations Analytics Manager

Requirements

  • Degree in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics, or a comparable field
  • Three to five years of relevant analytics experience in an individual contributor role
  • Advanced SQL skills, preferably with BigQuery experience
  • Strong Python skills, particularly for statistical and predictive modelling
  • Practical knowledge of regression, forecasting or prediction, A/B testing, and broader statistical modelling
  • Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau, including dashboards for non-technical audiences
  • Ability to turn complex analysis into accessible business language and a coherent narrative
  • Experience collaborating across functions with non-technical stakeholders
  • Professional fluency in English; Spanish is advantageous
  • Understanding of AI and LLM capabilities and limitations, plus experience building with these technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to scope analytical problems, perform rigorous quantitative analysis, and produce decision-enabling insights
  • Experience developing or validating statistical or predictive models and transferring them to a Data Science team is an additional advantage
  • Experience in technology companies, start-ups, and/or consulting is an additional advantage
  • Already hold the legal right to work in the country of residence or role location
