Recruitment Coordinator

Coordinate candidate onboarding for recruitment clients, overseeing documentation, readiness, support, tracking, and reporting. This is a hybrid contract role based in Luton.

Description

  • Serve as the primary contact and welcoming guide for new hires.
  • Coordinate offer acceptance, pre-boarding documents, and onboarding logistics.
  • Work with ID&V, Training, and Line Managers to prepare candidates for their first day.
  • Support candidates with FAQs, check-ins, and reminders.
  • Call new joiners regularly to support candidate care, reduce offer withdrawals, and invite them to events.
  • Respond to candidate questions.
  • Administer onboarding in dedicated systems, completing tasks accurately and on time.
  • Flag new joiners who are falling behind with onboarding.
  • Track candidate progress and move them through the onboarding process.
  • Prepare reports for the wider team and/or management.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment or HR administration.
  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience using Workday or a similar system.
