Product Administration Technician – Desjardins (Montreal Hybrid)

Support the administration of Desjardins products and member accounts through technical analysis, operational assistance, and implementation support. Contribute to process improvement, complex issue resolution, and the rollout of new products and tools.

Description

  • Support Desjardins components administratively while helping manage specialized products and member or client accounts
  • Act as a technical resource for team activities, initiatives, and operational processes within the discipline
  • Research and assess processes, information management practices, and data processing activities
  • Provide technical assistance on projects and complex operational matters
  • Conduct specialized technical studies, research, and analyses
  • Support the development and submission of solutions and action plans as a resource person
  • Draft technical notes that strengthen users’ and teams’ knowledge and capabilities
  • Help practitioners apply unit standards and processes and use business solutions, tools, and systems effectively
  • Assist with the technical implementation of new products and tools

Requirements

  • College diploma in a related discipline
  • At least three years of relevant experience
  • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • French proficiency is required
  • Advanced English proficiency is required because of the role’s duties, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and clients
