- Represent the People and Culture team to employees across a portfolio of homes in northern New South Wales.
- Lead People and Culture initiatives that support the broader people strategy.
- Coach and develop employees at all levels to strengthen leadership capability.
- Advise on complex industrial and employee relations matters, including sensitive investigations.
- Work with central services teams and regional stakeholders.
- Lead organisational change and embed people and culture initiatives into operations.
- Run workshops, training, and education for home-based employees at all levels.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Help leaders implement change and sustain new ways of working.
Requirements
- Have demonstrated partnering skills in a People and Culture or HR Business Partner role.
- Bring experience working in a shared services model.
- Be able to coach and develop leaders to build autonomous people leadership and thriving workplace cultures.
- Build positive working relationships and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
- Have experience delivering business change initiatives and supporting leaders to implement change.
- Be confident facilitating training and leadership workshops.
- Navigate complex employee relations matters within a best-practice framework.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
- Be able to travel as operational needs and team development require.
- Interpret and apply industrial instruments.
- Successfully complete required background checks.
