On-Site Proximity Support Technician – Vitrolles
Join Groupe Interway as an on-site proximity support technician in Vitrolles, supporting workplace IT and audiovisual systems. The role covers Windows, mobile devices, events, and on-site AV equipment.
Description
- Deliver first-level on-site support across workplace IT and audiovisual services
- Support Tangram employees, academy staff, and event operations
- Assist with troubleshooting tablets and mobile devices
- Help deploy new solutions and track their implementation
- Provide written and verbal training to employees
- Create, maintain, and improve operating procedures
- Open, manage, and monitor Level 1 support tickets
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Prepare rooms and test network connectivity, Microsoft Teams, audio, and video systems
- Assist in the control room during on-site cohorts, providing first-level audio, video, and lighting support
- Complete an interview with a recruiter followed by an interview with the relevant department manager
Requirements
- Proficiency with the Windows client environment
- Experience with streaming platforms such as YouTube or Twitch is advantageous
- Experience with Adobe applications, especially Photoshop and Premiere Pro, is advantageous
- English proficiency is preferred
- Curiosity and a strong interest in emerging IT and audiovisual technologies
- Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- This is an on-site position with no remote-work option
